The International Review of Constitutional Reform (IRCR) is a pioneering global project that brings together over 100 jurisdictional reports authored by scholars and judges. Each report offers a comprehensive account of constitutional changes—ranging from amendment, mutation, and replacement, to judicial review of constitutional reform—across the world over the past year.
