Othello M. Mendoza II is currently a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Political Science, University of the Philippines Diliman. He obtained his Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degrees from the De La Salle University College of Law and University of the Philippines Diliman, respectively. His 6 years as a public attorney, along with his current tenure as a prosecutor, gave him valuable exposure to judicial processes in both the trial and appellate courts. He presently handles a course on the Philippine judicial system, one of his research interests.
