The program was sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and managed by the American Councils for International Education.
About the program: The International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is the U.S. Department of State’s premier professional exchange program. Participants are current and emerging foreign leaders chosen by the Embassy to participate in short-term visits to the United States to experience the country firsthand and cultivate lasting relationships with their American counterparts.
