The DCP, established in 2025 under the Global Initiative on Polarization, is a distinguished cross-disciplinary network of over 40 experts across journalism, technology, diplomacy, religion, science, academia, and politics. Prof. Arugay’s inclusion highlights both his expertise and the important contributions of Philippine scholarship to global conversations on depolarization.
