About the program: “SUSIs are five- to six-week academic programs on U.S. studies for foreign scholars and professionals. The Institute on U.S Foreign Policy explains the role of key influences on U.S. foreign policy including the executive and legislative branches of government, the media, the U.S. public, and think tanks. The goal of the Institute is to provide participants with a grounding in U.S. foreign policy in all its complexity. Specific program components include site visits to U.S. educational institutions, the U.S. Mission to the United Nations, meetings with U.S.-based think tanks, and meetings with U.S. congressional members.”
