The UP Department of Political Science warmly congratulates Asst. Prof. Enrico V. Gloria on earning his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Politics from Tsinghua University.
This milestone was made even more meaningful as he delivered the commencement speech, in Chinese, on behalf of the international graduates of the School of Social Sciences.
